We offer online mental health counseling services in Tennessee, Texas, and Michigan to teens (14+) and adults. We utilize Headway.co services for scheduling and billing in order to increase accepted insurances. Private pay is also available.

Over the past 7+ years, I have counseled individuals and couples, helping them navigate depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief, relationship tensions, cultural and ethnic issues, PTSD, and other stress and trauma-related disorders. I am licensed in TN, TX, and MI and provide online therapy to clients ages 14+.
